web of defence is installed as a software plug-in into the existing web server. There are no modifications of the network infrastructure necessary. web of defence is positioned exactly there where it can analyse data which have been SSL encrypted up to this point. Ideal combination of rule-based anomaly-based protection Before a request reaches the web application it is received and analysed by web of defence. An optimized combination of white / black- & grey-list processes, pattern identification of attacks and various statistic methods evaluates each request with regard to its potential dangers.
